- We never claim nicotine pouches are "completely safe" — long-term data doesn't exist yet.
- We never overstate risk beyond what regulators and independent research actually support.
- We separate advice for adults switching from cigarettes from advice for people who have never used nicotine.
- We label the funding source of studies we cite (industry-funded vs. independent) wherever it's known.
- Every legal or regulatory claim links to a primary source — a statute, an agency filing, an official press release — not just a paraphrase.
- Pages about laws and regulations show a "last updated" date and are reviewed regularly, because this area changes quickly.
Who this site is for
This site is intended for adults (21+, or the legal nicotine purchase age in your country) who already use nicotine or tobacco products and want accurate information. It is not intended to encourage anyone who doesn't currently use nicotine to start.
