What is a nicotine pouch?
A nicotine pouch is a small, pre-portioned pouch — similar in size to a teabag — that contains nicotine (either extracted from tobacco or made synthetically), a plant-fiber filler, flavoring, sweeteners, and a pH adjuster. You place it between your gum and lip. Nicotine in its "free-base" form absorbs through the lining of your mouth into your bloodstream. There is no tobacco leaf, no chewing, no spitting, no smoke, and no vapor.

Nicotine strength
Most mainstream brands range from about 1.5mg to 12mg of nicotine per pouch. A small subset of Nordic brands (White Fox, Pablo, Killa) sell pouches as strong as 20–50mg, marketed toward long-time snus or heavy smokeless tobacco users. Strength labeling is not standardized across brands — the same "strong" label can mean different actual mg content depending on the manufacturer.
